Hotel's location was marvellous, in the center on Shkodra. What's more, it was next to the town main promenade surrounded be cafes, restaurants, and bars, and the main pedestrian street in the town...

I had great stay, the place is quiet little!

I spent 1 night here and enjoyed that. It was fairly clean, the staff was fast and welcoming, plus the service was excellent. The location was marvellous and particularly good - just off the main pedestrian street as well as Theth and valbona. It also was right in the center.

Promenade Hotel Review: The staff at the Promenade Hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making for a great experience. The room was immaculate, especially after the upgrade, and its slanting ceiling added a charming touch. The decoration throughout the hotel was comfortable and stylish. The location is ideal, situated just off the town's main promenade, surrounded by an array of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Shkoder truly is a wonderful place to explore!

the staff was very helpful, provided excellent services and helped with public parking. the rooms were well-equipped, beautifully designed, came with plentiful and a slanting ceiling and fridge.

Nosiy, No WIFI, but Great Staff & Breakfast

In general: The hotel is in a great location, but that's also the problem. Many homeless dogs roam the streets of Shkoder; they are not dangerous but they will keep you up while they bark all night, along with roosters crowing. I woke up at 4am or 5am EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING because of this! Also, if it's a Friday or Saturday, chances are good that a nearby bar will be blasting live music so you won't be able to sleep until 1230 or 0100 at the EARLIEST. My room also had mold on the wall near the bathroom; they painted or scrubbed over it one morning, but it just grew back. Gross! My room had NO TV and WIFI was SHIT!!! It kept going out EVERY. 5. MINUTES. OR. LESS!!! Also, there were no curtains on the windows! There were outer shade doors you could close, but that barely kept any light out. Once the dogs, roosters, or both woke me up at 5am, I could never get back to sleep once they shut up because the sun was already shining fully into my room! It got so bad that I went and bought tin foil and tape and taped up the entire window to make it pitch black. The animals still woke me up every morning, but I could fall asleep after about 2 hours once they shut up. Finally, they didn't clean my room for a WEEK!!!!! Literally, I even had to go to Tirana early one morning during my stay and I came back the next evening; TWO DAYS PASSED AND THEY NEVER CLEANED IT!!! That was after 4 days had ALREADY passed since the last cleaning!!! WHAT THE FUCK???? Location and surroundings: HORRIBLE. Yes, you are close to everything. BUT, you will not sleep!!!! Service: Great!!! The staff were super friendly and tried to accommodate as best they could. Dining: I only sampled their free breakfast. It was very good with a great selection for such a small hotel. This was one of very few welcome surprises at this place. Sports and leisure: None. Room: HORRIBLE. NOISY, TOO BRIGHT (NO CURTAINS!!!), NO WIFI, NO TV, MOLD GROWING ON THE WALL BASEBOARD NEAR THE BATHROOM, THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT FOR NEARLY A FULL WEEK!!!!! Useful tips: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THEY GET THE ISSUES I WROTE ABOUT RESOLVED!!!

I had a very comfortable night here with friendly service. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, equipped with a fridge. The hotel boasts a marvelous and fantastic location right in the center of Shkodra, just a short walk from a museum and a gallery.

Unbeatable and good setting and bars and cafes near the hotel. Lovely restaurant within walking distance of the property.

There's a good variety of tasty food available at this hotel. The rooms are modern and thoughtfully designed, complete with a fridge. 🍽️.

Clean and simple atmosphere, with excellent staff. Great variety of breakfast options. Stylish, modern rooms, complete with a unique slanting ceiling and a fantastic location. the service was exceptional.

Excellent prices here! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of things. It's just a stone's throw away from Oborri Shkodran, so you can easily grab dinner there. 🍽️

This place is cozy and simple, located in a lively area where you can easily walk around. It's just steps away from the main street filled with cool cafes, nice bars, restaurants, and shops. 🚶‍♂️

The location here is absolutely perfect and excellent for walking to everywhere we needed, and we loved our rooms with a fridge!

The rooms here are modern and well-equipped with a nice big bathroom. 🛁 You'll find central heating to keep you cozy, a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, and a handy fridge to chill your drinks.
